He was predeceased by: his wife Kathryn Raub (Malek); his parents, Stanley Raub and Verna Raub (Fahringer); and his niece Erin Raub. He is survived by: his children, Philip Raub II (Diana) and Shannon Horn (Joseph); his grandchildren, Benjamin Raub, Kathryn "Katie" Raub and Annaleigh "Annie" Horn; and his siblings, Nancy Sheran, James Raub (Linda) and Thomas Raub (Kathy).
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM at the Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry Township (2678 Rochester Rd, Cranberry Twp, PA 16066). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Phil's memory to Good Samaritan Hospice, in gratitude for the compassionate care provided to him and his family.
