He was predeceased by: his parents, Gloria Smith and William "Smitty" Smith Sr.; his wife Sheila Smith; and his brother William E. Smith Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Kaylee Smith, Zachary Smith, Chelsey Smith (William Matteson) and Courtney Smith (Nick Benton); and his siblings, Francis Tenney (Kenneth), Faith Smith and Michael Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
