She is survived by: her husband Claude Richard Hoffman; her children, Cari Beenenga (William), Chad Hoffman, Chris Hoffman (Angie), Chet Hoffman and Cory Hoffman (Kelly); and her siblings, Glenn Hemperly (Carol), Lloyd Hemperly, Margie Smith (James), Leone Hipple and John Hemperly (Vicki). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
