He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde George and Ruth Carpenter (Nolf); and his sister Carol Tarsi (Richard). He is survived by: his wife Margaret H. "Peggy" Carpenter (Seiple); and his son Wayne C. Carpenter (Jamie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the James J. Palmeri Funeral Home (6602 Alpha Ave, Bangor, PA 18063). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sandts Eddy Fire Company, 6426 S. Delaware Drive, Martins Creek, PA 18063.
