She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Lambert and Velma Lambert (Wickett); her daughter Martie Polcari; and her siblings, Janet Gouger, Shirley Demers, Pauline Lambert and Barry Lambert.

She is survived by: her husband James A. Patrick, Sr.; her children, Bonnie Pysher (Dean) and Bartley Cole (Debbie); her sisters, Betty Goedeke, Irene Hothouse and Gail Shook; her grandchildren, Jennifer Fassl, Brian Pysher, Christine Wagner, Heather Kiefer, Torie Kasbier and Jared Polcari; her great grandchildren, Jonathon, Justin Fassl, Braiden, Gavin Pysher, Jonathan Cole, Mackenzee, Nickalas Miller and Brody Kiefer; and her great great grandchildren, Beckham Fassl and Jackson Cole.
