Glady L. Steinmetz Obituary
We announce the death of Glady L. Steinmetz of Bangor, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 4, 2026, at the age of 87. Glady will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Butz (Nicholas) and Walter Butz; and her husband Elwood C. Steinmetz. She is survived by: her daughters, Carol (George O'Brien), Connie (Tom Itterly) and Cathy (Scott Macguire); her sister-in-law Alice Butz; and her grandchildren, Tiffany Wismer (Cory), Wesley Albert, Benjamin Itterly (Jerica), Patrick Itterly, Andrew Itterly, Deidre Hosterman and Rachel Meyers (Robby). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren and a big handful of step-great-grandchildren.
