She was predeceased by: her parents, Catherine A. Julian (Sillett) and John L. Julian; and her brother Robert A. Julian. She is survived by: her husband James S. Keiper; and her siblings, Jennifer (Gerald Bishop), Karen (Bobby Ayres), Cathy Schoeneck (Ron), Judy (Ronald Long), Jay Julian (Terry) and John Julian (Susan). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
