He is survived by: his wife June A. Hess (Dill); his children, Victoria L. Jiorle (Frank, Jr.) and Steven S. Hess (Christine); his nieces and nephews, Ronald Labar, Rodney Labar (Georgene), Kenneth Hess, Jr., Todd Hill, Brett Labar, Cynthia Jane Miller, Sandy Manente, Lori Nyborg (Scott) and Dana Harris; his grandchildren, Misty Baker (Terry), Michelle Riccio, Christopher Riccio (Henley), Frank Jiorle III, Michael Jiorle (Meredith), Nicholas Jiorle and Beth Jiorle; his great grandchildren, Camryn, Greyson, Paxtyn Baker, Anna, Jackson Riccio, Gabriel, Augustus, Xavier, Cael, Maleana and Nicholas Jiorle; and his great-nephews, Nicholas and Jeffrey Labar.
