We announce the death of Maureen A. Colahan of Bangor, Pennsylvania, born in Ashland, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 4, 2026, at the age of 67. She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Colahan and Margaret Colahan (Pahira); and her brother Kevin. She is survived by: her siblings, Paul Colahan (Eileen) of Bethlehem, PA, Denis Colahan (Patricia) of Morton, PA and Eileen Pysher of Reading, PA.; her close friend James LaBar of Bangor; her nieces and nephews, Trevor (Diana), Ryan (Molly), JoDena, Christopher and Stephen; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Merrick, Kenna, Patrick, Kieran and Owen.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the James J. Palmeri Funeral Home (6602 Alpha Ave, Bangor, PA 18013). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Rocco's Catholic Church (6658 School St, Martins Creek, PA 18063).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lehigh Valley Zoo, 5150 Game Preserve Rd, Schnecksville, PA 18078.
