He was predeceased by: his parents, James F. Emmons, Sr. and Florence Ruth Emmons (Deats); and his spouse Ora B. Emmons (Baker). He is survived by: his children, Lynn Ora Emmons and Bill J. Emmons (Susan); his stepgranddaughter Dawn McCullough (Bill); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Aidan and Cassie.
