He was predeceased by: his parents, John Dubas and Elizabeth Dubas (Markewcz); his grandchildren, Ashley and Caleb; and his brother Philip Dubas.

He is survived by: his wife Helen E. Dubas (Remich); his children, Christine Dubas-Melcher (Steven) and Andrew Dubas (Tiffany); his grandchildren, Timothy (Elizabeth), Nicholas (Hannah), Jeremiah, Aaron, Elijah, Alexis, Josiah, Isaiah and Xavier; and his great grandchildren, Sharon, Michael, Levi, Evelyn, Abram, Annalise, Judah-Job, Boaz and Hayley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
