He is survived by: his sons, Samuel and Joseph Mercier; the mother of his children Caitlin Mercier; his parents, Michael Mercier and Nancy Mercier; his niece Ava; and his grandmothers, Barbara Mercier and Sarah Short. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
