He was predeceased by: his siblings, Salvatore Vaticano and Theresa Greenstein. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Vaticano of Bartonsville, PA; his children, Deana Scherb (Alan) of Clark, Quinn Vaticano, Zoe Vaticano, Nick Vaticano and Jon Vaticano (Lisa) of Sayreville; his grandchildren, Christian, Charlotte, Nick, Kevin, Matthew of Tiffany, A. J., Mia and Alex; and his siblings, Carmelo Vaticano (Jean) of Edison, Vincent "Jay" Vaticano, Dominica Vaticano and Angela Vaticano.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mitruska Funeral Home (23 Ford Ave, Fords, NJ 08863). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
John served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and supported the Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
