He was predeceased by: his parent Olimpia Parra. He is survived by: his wife Justina Maria De Parra; his children, Patricio Carlos Parra, Walter Orlando Parra and Luiselys Parra; and his siblings, Marco V. Parra and Flora Parra. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great grandson.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 8:45 AM to 9:45 AM. A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Infancy R. C. Church (312 E 4th St, Bethlehem, PA 18015).
