Waller of Knoxville, TN; his wife Stacy Waller (McDaniel) of Bath, PA; his son Daniel K. Waller of Bethlehem, PA; his stepdaughter Audrey Conyers of Anderson, SC; his sister Jennifer Rutherford of Knoxville, TN; his grandchild Rylee Stofanak of Anderson, SC; his father-in-law John S. McDaniel, Jr. of Russell Springs, KY; his siblings-in-law, Sam Looney of Alma, TN, John S. McDaniel III of Naples, FL, Brian Rutherford of Knoxville, TN and Martha Smith of Bowling Green, KY; and his nieces and nephews, Olivia Rutherford, Laura Smith, Elleigh McDaniel Green, Heather Looney, Stephen Looney and Stuart Smith. He is also survived by his family and friends.
