He was predeceased by: his mother Crystal Card. He is survived by: his wife Kelly (McCormick); his daughters, Raven Conkling of Beach Lake and Riley Card of Bloomville, NY; and his foster father John Adams of Delhi, NY.. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins.
