He was predeceased by: his father Ronald M. Chorba. He is survived by: his mother Eileen Chorba (Cosgrove) of Beach Lake; his siblings, Stephen Chorba (Michelle) of Beach Lake and Ellen Wojtowicz (Mark) of Catawissa; and his nieces and nephews, Corey, Emily, Mary Chorba and Jordon Wojtowicz. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
