He is survived by: his sons, Devin O'Grady of Newburg, PA, Keith O'Grady of Newburg, PA and Brian O'Grady of Portland, OR; his sister Patty Adkins; and his half-siblings, Jonathan Guidone and Lori Guidone-Liu.
