It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Duane Harry Martz of Bear Creek, Pennsylvania, born in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 4, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne E. Martz and Phyllis T. Martz (Hess). He is survived by: his children, Brian D. Martz of Johnson County, GA and Renee Cooper (Philip) of Candler, NC; his siblings, Sharon Price of Bloomsburg and Scott K. Martz (Corrine) of Bloomsburg; and his close friend Jean M. Scott of Pittston. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
