She is survived by: her husband Jerry "Chub" Frank; her children, David Woolslayer of Chandlers Valley and Margaret Anna Smith (Norm) of New Wilmington, PA; her grandchildren, Ally, Delana, Reagan and Maddox; her sisters, Scarlett Reigel (David) of Emporium, Ann Margaret Heglan (Christopher) of Emporium and Billie Jo Stoltz (Stephen) of DuBois; her brother-in-law Mike Erickson; Savannah and Hazel Gilbert. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
