He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul Shipp and Lillian Shipp (Liggett); and his brother James Shipp. He is survived by : his wife Loretta Kershaw; his sons, Alvin, Andrew and Khalil "Arnell" Shipp; his grandchildren, Brittany Shipp, Alexis Gills and LaRay Shipp; and his siblings, Ronald "Joe" Shipp (Anna Shipp), Linda Hill (Mose Hill) and Lorraine Shipp.
