He was predeceased by: his parents, Marshall Bielby and Rena Bielby. He is survived by: his wife Gail Stagner Bielby; his children, Keith Bielby (Denise), Kimberly Rodman and Kristin Marvich (Brian); his grandchildren, Brandon Riffle (Mallory), Zachary Rodman Adrianna (Mindy Miskevich), Shannon Bielby, Daniel Riffle (Kamryn Pusateri) and Danika Bielby; and his great grandchild Nora Riffle.
