He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Cleaver and Jane Cleaver (Myers); his former wife Clorinda Cleaver; his wife Felicia Cleaver (Gizzi); and his brother James Cleaver.
He is survived by: his daughter Darlene Coates (David); his granddaughter Chelsea Powell (Gregory); his great grandchildren, Emma and Gavin; and his siblings, Donald Cleaver and Linda Hartley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
