We are sad to announce that on September 25, 2022, at the age of 92, Dawn M Forney of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Erwin and Kathryn Erwin (Webster); and her husband Walter J. Forney. She is survived by: her children, Sharyn Shaffer, Dawn Maree Young, Chris Forney (Carolyn) and Brian Forney (Linda); her grandchildren, Stephen Shaffer (April), Tracie Smith (Jeff), Jessica Young, Alisa Forney (Dan Laskey) and Amanda Forney; her great grandchildren, Cayden, Aliyah, Colby, Gloria, Delaney, Ruth, Bryce, NeMin, Kendra, Bianca, Sujata and Tsega; and her sister Nancy Steffen. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
She was a 60 plus year member of Steffin Hill Presbyterian Church and attended church regularly even during Covid when she watched the service online.
The family asks that, in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Steffin Hill Presbyterian Church, 2000 Darlington Rd., Beaver Falls, PA 15010.
