He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Sr. Bailey and Helen Bailey (Wolfe); his brothers, Charley and Kenny; and his brother-in-law Arzie Hall.
He is survived by: his children, David Bailey (Rachel) of Beaver Falls, Julie Foley (Devin) of New Castle and Donald Bailey III of Ellwood City; his grandson James; and his siblings, Robert Bailey of Beaver Falls, Joanne Young (Jeff) of Darlington and Judy Jackson (Don) of St. Mary's Georgia.
