He is survived by: his son Shane; his brothers, Steve and Chris Higgins; his sister-in-law Sally Higgins; his nieces, Stephanie Johnson (Allen), Kacie Eckelberger (Joshua), Leslie Klutka (Frank) and Tara Higgins; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Bronson, Bryar, Haven, Lily and Evangeline.
