He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Ellen Franklin (Rager). He is survived by: his father Hugh Franklin; his children, Reed Franklin, Tate Rager-Franklin, Kairrington Franklin and Celai Taylor; his granddaughter Laylianna Kelson; and his siblings, David Fuller, Robert Graham, Jennifer Franklin and Patricia Merchant. He is also survived by his aunts and uncles; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
