She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Collins and Nora Collins; her former husband Eugene Dewhirst; her daughter Elaine Dewhirst (Robert Halfhill); her grandson Dennis "DJ" Churney; her close friend Glenn Aeschbacher; and her brothers, Danny and Ernest Collins.
She is survived by: her daughters, Norma Dewhirst Stevens and Ellen Dewhirst Cook (Eddie); her grandchildren, Brian E. Hostetter, Melisa Stevens, Aaron Shrum, Stephanie Spangler (Scott), Bobby Halfhill, Joey Halfhill, David Betke Jr. (Rachael) and Derrek Cook (Allison); her brothers, Eddie Collins (Rita), Regis Collins and Dennis Collins (Sheilah); and her sisters-in-law, Myra Collins and Rosemary Collins. She is also survived by great grand children, 3 great great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
