We are sad to announce that on April 9, 2023, Jean Remaley Higgins (Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
No services will be held and the family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations to the Carnegie Library as well as to the UPMC Cardiothoracic Research Foundation or Hospice Care be made in her honor.
