He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Guzie Jr. and Mary A. Riggio Guzie; and his brothers, Jimmy and Joseph Guzie. He is survived by: his sons, Jason Guzie (Kelly) of South Beaver and Chris Guzie (Michelle) of Beaver; the mother of his children Sharon Guzie of Columbiana, Ohio; his grandchildren, Jackson, Alivia, Emmett, Dominic and Samantha; his brother Jeff Guzie (Lori); his nephews, Brandon and Matthew of Florida; his brother Jay Guzie (Stephanie) of DuBois; his siblings' children, Michael of Colorado and Bailey Voelker (Nick); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Leo, Stella and Santino of DuBois. He is also survived by his family, friends, and neighbors.
