She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Leroy and Vera Irene Staneart; her husband William "Bill" Hall; her grandson Christopher Wayne Hall; and her sister Delores Steinecke.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Hall and Janis; her son-in-law Mike Vinsky; her siblings, Keith Staneart (Faith), Karen Fink (Dennis) and Lydia Clingerman; her grandchildren, Jenifer Howe-Vachon (Jason), Cody Hall, Michael Vinsky (Tawny), Matthew Vinsky (Giselle) and Heather Woods (CJ); and her great grandchildren, Jayden, Jayce Howe-Vachon, Ian, Jackson Vinsky, Noah, Cayden and Kinsley Woods.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chippewa United Methodist Church (2545 Darlington Rd, Beaver Falls, PA 15010). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Service at Chippewa United Methodist Church (2545 Darlington Rd, Beaver Falls, PA 15010).
The family requests that memorial donations may be made in Joyce's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place • Memphis, TN 38105.
