We are sad to announce that on April 27, 2022, at the age of 83, Joyce M. Steffen of Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania, born in Cherry Tree, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold "Huggy" Kinter and Emily Kinter (Feely); her husband Paul A. Steffen; her daughter Penny Mineard; and her sisters, Joan Elsman (Jack) and Margie Knopp (Gene).

She is survived by: her daughter Tracy Steffen; and her brother Harold "Sam" Kinter (Susan). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Joyce's name may be made to the American Cancer Society.
