He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kovalic and Eileen Kovalic (Kapsis). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Kovalic (Kaminski); his children, Jenna Ellis and Brendan Ellis (Wendy); his grandchildren, Ulysses and Aristotle; and his siblings, Kevin Kovalic (Kathy) and Karen Leaton (Richard). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Keith's name to an animal shelter or music program of choice.
