It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marshall A. Woods (Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 5, 2026, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Woods and Lavania Woods (Dunlap); and his sister Patricia Edgcomb. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie "Rose" Woods (Lachapelle); his daughter Michelle Frizzell (Justin Samol); his granddaughter Kaza Ayersman (Casey Pastore); his nephew Marshall Edgcomb (Ellen); and his niece Lynn Watson.
