She was predeceased by : her parents, Martin C. Slovak and Marie Slovak (Pavlatka); her husband Stanley J. Belkowski, Jr.; her siblings, Martin A. Slovak, James Slovak, Sylvia Trn, Adele Conti and Frances Majcher; and her stepchildren, Louis S. Belkowski and Christine Pyecha (Belkowski).

She is survived by : her son Stanley Martin; her daughter-in-law Judy Belkowski of East Norristown, PA; her stepchildren, Clifford Belkowski of Bradenton, FL and Janet; and her sons-in-law, Jim MacCrindle of Burlington, NJ and Stephen Pyecha of Monaca, PA. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and several great-great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Monica Catholic Parish (116 Thorndale Dr, Beaver Falls, PA 15010).
