He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Philip Caplan and Cernie Levin Caplan; his nieces, Linda, Karen and Bobbie; his siblings, Dorothy Caplan Weinberg (Mel Weinberg), Bernard Caplan and Reuben Caplan (Fernie); his sister-in-law Marilyn Caplan (Bernard); and his caregivers, Carla, Jer'Cara and Carol. He was also cherished by 7 nieces, 4 nephews and many great-nieces and nephews.
