He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Wagoner and Bertha Wagoner. He is survived by: his wife Glenda M. Wagoner; and his sons, Bob Wagoner (Cathie), Ken Wagoner (Rosie) and Jim Wagoner (Melanie) of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Merle's name may be made to Sherwood Oaks Employee Scholarship Fund, 100 Norman Dr., Cranberry Twp., PA 16066, or the Chippewa United Methodist Church, 2545 Darlington Road, Beaver Falls, PA 15010.
