She was predeceased by: her parents, Plummer Hartle and Mary Jane Hartle; her grandson Zaedyn; and her sister Deborah Smith-Fare. She is survived by: her former husband William Cleaver III; her children, Amanda Frelin (Trevor), Justin Cleaver and Shane Cleaver; her siblings, Lucinda Doctor (Robert), David Smith (Carrie Huff), James Smith, Jennifer DeWalt (Dan), Jonathan Smith (Renee Miller) and Frank Hartle (Leah); her grandsons, Colton and Phoenyx; and her stepgranddaughters, Ciarrah Henagan, Tailyn Frelin and Alasaundra Frelin. She is also survived by many other relatives, including many beloved nieces and nephews.
A reception will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Corless-Kunselman Funeral Services (3801 4th Ave, Beaver Falls, PA 15010).
