He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond P. Joseph and Alice Joseph (Patton); his former wife Martha; and his brother Raymond P. Joseph. He is survived by: his wife Irma Joseph (Matz); his children, Bill Joseph (Sandra), Big Beaver Borough and Mary Graham (Bill) of Lawrence, KS; and his stepchildren, Lynda Szabo and Mike Matz of Pisgah Forest, NC.. He is also survived by five grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be sent to Reformed Presbyterian Global Missions, 7408 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15208.
