She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Jackson and Azalea Kelley Jackson (Wilkinson); her children, Tim and Deb; her husband Thomas David Shaffer; her sister Sandra Enders; and also, Tim, Bonita Shaffer of Plainfield, NJ, Deb and Kevin Wren of Bel Aire, KS. She was also cherished by Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to be made to the church.
