It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jocelyn Kostanesky of Beaver Meadows, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 10, 2025, at the age of 47, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Michael DeCosmo, Sr. and Deborah Lynn Rusk (Laurel August, III); and her husband John J. Kostanesky. She is survived by: her son Shawn Albert Kostanesky; her siblings, Jimmy Michael DeCosmo (Amber Lynn) and Ashley Lynn Webb; her siblings' children, Malcolm Arthur DeCosmo, Skylee Lynn of Nescopeck and Shyanne Lee Webb of Nescopeck; and her mother-in-law Karen Ann Gruber (James).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Harman Funeral Homes & Crematory Inc. (East) (669 W Butler Dr, Sugarloaf, PA 18222). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at the Calvary Cemetery (49 S Hunter Hwy, Drums, PA 18222).
Memorial donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the American Cancer Society AstraZeneca Hope Lodge.
