She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Kostanesky. She is survived by: her parents, James Michael DeCosmo, Sr. and Deborah Lynn Rusk (Laurel August, III); her son Shawn Albert Kostanesky; her siblings, Jimmy Michael DeCosmo (Amber Lynn) and Ashley Lynn Webb; her nephew Malcolm Arthur DeCosmo; her nieces, Skylee Lynn of Nescopeck and Shyanne Lee Webb of Nescopeck; and her mother-in-law Karen Ann Gruber (James).
Memorial donations may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the American Cancer Society AstraZeneca Hope Lodge.
