He is survived by: his mother Catherine Gray (Cox); his daughters, Deirdra Starr Cox, Autumn Cox, Diamond, Elijuh Jones and Deamonte Thomas; his sister Merlena Cox; his niece Jekeira Niles; and his nephew Khary Cox.
Barry's contribution to the camp left a tremendous impact which motivated and inspired the youth to chase their dreams and to stay encouraged.
