He was predeceased by : his parents, Charles J. and Margaret; and his brother Michael Kurella. He is survived by : his child Pop Pop; his wife Kimberly Kurella (Simpson); his children, Charles "CJ" Kurella and Kellie Coennen (Chris); his grandchildren, Karissa, Corinne and Colt; and his sister Cathi Stasny (Ed). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
