He was predeceased by: his father Gary M. Downer; and his sister Sandy Boyde. He is survived by: his mother Beverley Coleman-Powers (Ronald); his son Bradley Downer; his brother Dennis Downer (Amy); his sibling's children, Cailin, Brenna Downer and Cody Boyde (Chelsea); and his great-nephew Owen Boyde. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
