He was predeceased by: his father Guy Ernest Gengarella; and his stepfather Kenneth Woodeshick. He is survived by: his mother Mary Woodeshick (Mullin); his sons, Nicholas Gengarella (Kelsee Kaminsky) of Coraopolis, PA and Ethan Gengarella of Midland, PA.; his brothers, Guy (Allison Gengarella) and John (Cyndie Gengarella); and his friend David Masters.
