He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cecil and Lillian V. Logan (Shaffer). He is survived by: his wife Doris J. Logan (Allen); his children, Janet Kuykendall (Dennis) of Benezette and William S. Logan of New Wilmington; and his grandchildren, Jaime Jackson (Shawn) of Garrettsville, OH, Lisa Lee of New Castle, Carly Negrila (Andrei) of Hillsboro, OR and W. Stephen Logan (Heather) of Harmony. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
