He was predeceased by: his parents, Hall Swaney and Geraldine Swaney; and his brother Larry Swaney. He is survived by: his wife Linda Swaney of Beaver; his children, Jason Latchaw of Brighton Township and Lori Tharp (JD) of Beaver; and his grandchildren, Madison, Jocelyn Latchaw, Gavin Swaney-Latchaw, Isaac and Ella Tharp.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Duane's name may be made to Habitat of Humanity of Beaver County.
