It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Erik Kaukonen of Beaver, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by : his wife Jenny Daugherty of Hemingway's Kent Island; his son Andrew; his father Gary; his aunts, Kathy Mort (Joel Anderson) and Christy Siler (Craig); and his cousins, Adam Siler, Jaime Vermeulen and Jessie Vermeulen.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Palmetto Club - FishHawk (17004 Dorman Rd, Lithia, FL 33547). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the same location.
