We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2024, at the age of 93, Forrest R. Douglass of Beaver, Pennsylvania, born in East Liverpool, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Ray and Thecil Mildred Douglass (Pearson); his wife Eva L. Douglass; and his brothers, Kenneth V. Douglass and Keith J. Douglass.

He is survived by: his children, Beth Douglass (Jere Maddux) of Ames, IA and Brian Douglass (Kim); his sister Lorena L. Ellefson of Chippewa, PA; his grandchildren, Nicole Douglass of East Palestine, OH and Joshua Douglass (Chelsea) of Glenshaw, PA; his great grandchildren, Sean Hutton, Jr., Owen Hutton and Kyle Douglass; and his caregiver Forrest. He is also survived by his in-laws/outlaws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
