He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Okey and Mary Louise Okey; his wife Karen; his sister Linda Okey McGinley; and his stepfather Eugene Moffett.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susie Duff (David) and Jenny Cantwell (Rod); his grandsons, Jake Wikert (Lexe Hayslette), Josh Wikert (Kalli) and Logan Cantwell (Pam Cooper); his great grandchild William "Liam" Wikert; and his brothers-in-law, Jim McGinley, Bob Jurasko (Elaine), Brad Zielinski and Jeff Zielinski.
Memorial donations in Jerry's name may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
